Poor Customer Service, made a reservation online through Expedia, the hotel will not honor it. Expedia attempted to call them about the reservation, and they would not answer the phone. Staff very unprofessional.
Parts of it is being worked on. Stayed on studio 6 side. Room seemed very clean, but later saw roaches in kitchenette. They said not many stay on that side. Staff was friendly, helpful.
Very disappointed just real dirty seems like no one cleans the rooms at all walked in it wreaked with cigarettes toilet seat was not even attached to the toilet walls had yellow drip on them has so many roaches and to make it worse there was a mouse in our room I had to deep clean the whole place from head to toe floors and walls tub everything just to find a big hole with not 1 but 2 mouses
