I gave this a 1. It wasn’t the run down look of the lot and awkward office location. It wasn’t the fact I had to wait for the teller to evict someone before checking in, or the cockroach in the kitchen. It wasn’t even the big cigarette burn on the kitchen table, and chair that seemed to be breaking when sat in it. It wasn’t that the bed didn’t have a headboard.
