I was double charged for the room and they will not refund me. Booked through Expedia, and when I checked in they charged me again on top of the typical motel hold fee, saying both would be refunded since I already paid online ahead of time. They only refunded me the holding fee. In addition, they said I requested a smoking room (I hate smoking and can’t stand the smell) and couldn’t or wouldn’t switch me to a non smoking room, so I had a mild headache the whole time I was there. Stayed here a total of 9 days. I must commend the staff. The rooms were clean, the staff maintained a very warm friendly but professional attitude. I had no issues with the two rooms I resided in. The sheets and towels were fresh and clean. Ample parking and the area is nicely tucked away but surrounded by everything and very close to the highway and turnpike. Sitting between both major cities you're close to everything. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a stay at a fest price with an awesome staff.

Very excellent service, a very safe place. I will definitely stay here again when I'm close by. The most important thing is that they have parking available for trucks
