When I booked the room I chose a double bed room book now, pay later so I could pay at the property and not have to worry about having to request a refund if the trip needed to be cancelled. At 2pm an hour before check-in began my card was charged. Thought fine I'll just use the card I'd planned on using for other purchases. We arrived and was given the key card. Absolutely disgusting in every way. Lots of smokers here loitering outside their rooms. See the woman in photo Noise from the pool is constant. Yield and service are in short supply. Tv doesn’t work. Not clean. I could go on and on. No manager ever. Just excuses

I have been to so many motels n hotels this was one of the worst experiences I had. The floor was sticky, roaches in bathroom , the shower wasn’t working good, microwave was dirty, blankets n bedding wasn’t clean and there was lots of hair everywhere in the room.
