We had a reservation, upon arrival the police was leaving. The front desk told us to check our room because they will not do any refunds and won't change rooms. The room smelled, the couch ripped and floor was dirty. Went back to let them know, because a question wss asked about a review that was seen. Some lady came out and said she was the manager and said because we asked they no longer would give us a room and asked us to leave. Wow, right!!!!
