Shout out to the staff here. Mr. Cato, Joyce; Alex and the laundry attendant are the best. They are hard working people, they take pride in their job, take care of the guest/residents. The rooms are cleaned and for sure don’t have a smell to them. This place is amazing, thanks team for taking care of your people.

This location is horrific! Please BEWARE before booking! I checked in and checked out within 30 minutes of arriving. The front desk is ran by a very shady character. There were scary looking men standing in doorways of the rooms. The first room I was given was facing a back alley and I didn't feel safe, the room itself was dirty and smelled like smoke. I arrived to a hotel that is more long term stay residence than hotel. The walkways needed refinishing. The musty smell in the elevator was not good. There was always garbage on the ground on each floor landing. The residents discard their trash on the ground instead of the bins. My room on the 5th floor was not ideal. I stayed in this place from 9/3-9/8. My room unfortunately was 513 on the top floor near the metal stairs. Check-in was easy but getting to the room was fun. Each floor landing was filled with garbage and smelled awful. The elevator also smelled like mold. I realized that this was more of an apartment building than a hotel. People were living there long term. People hanging out on the stairs or balconies smoking etc was not what I expected.
