She cancelled on me because she doesn’t do colors due to “not being in her scope of practice” even though she has a cabinet full of colors and she said she’d love to do color on me, when I first went in. She also forbids multiple calls because they don’t have a landline it’s her personal cell phone. The guy that works there is nice but clearly takes orders from her because she made him cancel appointments with my partner and his son. This place sucks. They cancelled me and my dad's appointment because they were "uncomfortable" with us reaching out during the hours that THEY themselves advertised they were open. They use a personal number instead of landline and don't expect people to call them . Oh not to mention there's only two operating chairs and one of them doesn't even specialize in the things that were advertised in the photos .They might have good haircuts but they have horrible customer service. Unprofessional... canceled appointments after attempting to reschedule and work with their schedule, and open times clearly defined on the booking service. They refuse to accommodate despite being open at the time of attempted reschedule, and only have two operating chairs one of which is actively advertising service they aren't "comfortable" doing and openly refused to do.
