If you are looking for a different gym experience, please try Studio 57. They know your name. They encourage you to go beyond what you thought possible. They truly want your time there to be the best of your whole day. Awesome instructors who offer advise and motivation. Guarantee after one month you'll have 10 new friends. Of course you can always go stick in your ipod and jump on a treadmill and not speak to anyone for a whole hour at one of the "other" gyms. But why would you?

I have been going to Studio 57 since January 2013, and my life has changed in so many ways. This place is THE fitness community, because it is nothing like a gym. Everyone there knows my name, and is my friend. I have loved every class that I have taken at 57, because each instructor is highly skilled, and takes their certification very seriously. This studio is so great! Instructors that care about you and your fitness goals. Lots of great classes to chose from. Great prices, no intimidation, no judgement. Every class and every person make it an experience to remember.

I was in town visiting and wanted to stop in on a class somewhere. I found this online and gave it a shot. There was a class going on when I got there, and it sounded so great I was sorry I hadn't come earlier. But I definitely wasn't disappointed by mine. For 5 bucks, I got a great workout by two excellent, upbeat zumba instructors. The class was full, the music was just loud enough, and everyone was having a great time! I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Lubbock.

Studio 57 is an amazing establishment! I've lost over 80 lbs and I can honestly say that it wouldn't have happened if I hadn't found them. They make working out FUN and INNOVATIVE. There are so many options of classes that you can never get bored. Everyone is so supportive, it's a judgment free zone. I met my best friend there and have become friends with everyone there. Come try one class and I promise you will get hooked. I LOVE MY STUDIO 57 FAMILY!
