I normally dont write reviews but I felt completely humiliated by one of the employees when I booked an appointment here. I had an appointment with Doris at 4:30 to do coloring on my hair, I walked in and was told to take a seat and wait to be taken care of. 10 minutes passed and I was once again asked what was the reason for my visit and I told them about my appointment with the stylist, Doris walks up from the back and acusses me of mistaking her for someone else stating "are you sure you booked with me because I dont thin... read more

Was sad after they did my daughters hair (9yo) because they did not listen to the request and decided to do whatever they wanted..after I had confirmed twice that i just wanted the bottom half of her hair dyed, they bleached most of her hair from the top.. and burned the front. The highlights where thick on one side and thin on the other side as two different hairstylists worked on it.. they ended up covering some of the bleached hair from the top bc they messed up.. I cannot remember my stylist name but she was very friendly. My blowout was exactly what I wanted. The style lasted more than a couple of days. My hair was soft and shining.
