I have been going to Felicia for over 10years. And now she does my daughters, my moms, and my sisters and nieces when they are in town for a visit. She is genuinely such a kind woman to work with and to know. She always goes above and beyond what I expect my hair outcome to be. She is truly a hair goddess. This review is directed at the nail tech for this salon. I recently moved here from KC. After a month and a half of waiting to get on her books, my first appointment with her was two weeks ago. I had an appointment scheduled for this afternoon, in which I was unable to attend due to a literal physical emergency in which I had to take myself to the ER.
