My massage experience with Suzi at Studio 5 Mona Vale was divine and serene! The studio is private and like an oasis and Suzi as a massage practitioner was excellent. She took the time to find out where she needed to focus and checked in regularly throughout the session to make sure you benefited from the massage. I would highly recommend Suzi and Studio 5 Mona Vale.

I have a very physical job and my neck and shoulders had been giving me a lot of grief for quite some time. Suzie took the time prior to the massage to understand what and where the issue was. I could feel the difference immediately after the massage and will definitely be back. Thanks!!

I was lucky enough to meet Suzie through her yoga classes and then learn that she also does massage from her tranquil studio in her garden at her home. She has magic hands and really listens to you before starting the massage. Her knowledge of the body and muscular structure allows you to get the maximum benefit of a massage. Her studio is easy to find and there is always plenty of parking right outside. Highly recommend her and an added bonus of using health insurance if your cover allows.

Heaps of ice heads hanging around outside Studio 5, makes the whole environment really uncomfortable. Screaming m3th lunatics, patients from the detox/rehabilitation center next door (Kedesh). I wont be coming back here until they move the rehab somewhere else, its effecting local businesses and the entire vibe of the area.

I really enjoyed this class even know i have no natural ability for dancing. Suzie was extremely nice and patient and has a great way of teaching. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to have a bit of fun as well as gaining some fitness.
