The yoga retreat in Ubud, Bali was an excellent way for me to further my flexibility, strength and balance. Seven days with two Yoga session each day helped me to make significant body improvements. She took the time to listen and understand my lower limb Lymphoedema before weaving her magic hands for honestly the best therapy I have had!
