We are so impressed by this business and the owner. We have ordered a few kitchens for our boutique motel and initially had an issue with one small panel. The owner has gone above and beyond and showed up at our door with the replacement. The customer service has been at a level that we have not experienced from another business in the Okanagan. We will always go with Studio 5 in the future for our commercial and residential kitchens. Their customer service cannot be topped.
We chose Studio 5 out of quite a few companies we inquired with to do a kitchen in our basement suite. They were the fastest to respond, so helpful and knowledgeable in the design phase, super professional with the on-site visits and always prompt communication on status and timelines. We are thrilled with the quality of product and craftsmanship in how the cabinets turned out. Would highly recommend!!!
The first thing is we wish we would have talked to Bill Years ago to have our kitchen and bathrooms redone. We are in Love with the reno! We completely replaced our kitchen and bathrooms with new cabinets and countertops. We also added a beautiful big island that totally transformed the kitchen and love all the counterspace we have now.
