I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from Lora. I initially requested an appointment on September 17 for October 3, to ensure my keratin treatment would be fresh for my wedding on October 12. Lora never responded to my initial request, and I had to call her on September 18 just to get her to approve the appointment.
