Honestly, I would give this place zero stars if I could. I came in on August 27 for an undercut cleanup and asked for a mid-skin fade. From the second I walked in, the whole experience just felt uncomfortable. I stood there for like 3–4 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and I ended up having to text before someone came out. Short version: Jai was incredibly friendly, so was everyone else at the shop. He seems like he knows how to cut hair but he definitely did not give me what I asked for. I believe this was mostly due to a miscommunication that apparently wasn't clarified enough before starting the haircut. Haircut looked fine after the final reveal due to how it was styled with product but upon getting home and taking a shower before bed it was clear that basically no hair was removed from the top of my head, and I kinda look like I belong to... read more
