I don't usually write reviews, but the terrible experience I had here, I couldn't help but write. I don't know about the company as a whole, but I was working with the Studio41 in Chicago on 83rd St. and Joanna Hernandez was the worst representative I've worked with in my life! Kitchen remodel is a very daunting undertaking and she made it so difficult and nightmarish every step of the way.
