Studio 407 is such a welcoming and comfortable place to work out! From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s a positive and supportive environment. The staff is knowledgeable and really takes the time to make everyone feel seen and supported—no matter your fitness level. I especially want to mention Lexi, who is an absolute sweetheart! Hands down the BEST Pilates studio around! I’m so glad I have Studio 407 a shot, because ever since I walked in the door I felt welcomed and encouraged. They have so many different class times for everyone’s schedule, whether it’s early mornings, afternoon or evening classes. The instructors are AMAZING; they are always making sure everyone is safe, having the correct form, doing the correct movement, and will modify the workout/movement for any limitation/injury or discomfort. I started Pilates about two months ago and was pretty nervous since it was my first time. But the staff has been absolutely wonderful—always welcoming, upbeat, and ready to help wherever needed. Their positive attitude and great sense of humor make every class enjoyable. I truly can’t recommend them enough!
I can’t say enough good things about this studio All of the instructors are so knowledgeable & friendly. Each class is unique and always gives me the best burn. I LOVE the small class size & the studio is so aesthetic & cozy. If you try it out they will make you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in🤗 I’m only 6 months into my pilates journey and already have seen HUGE improvement. 10/10 recommend studio 407 to anyone looking for a great workout & great community!
