Too busy and too tired, the hair cutter only did a fair job rushing through. she tried to charge me two adult haircuts including shampoo when neither of my kids' hair was washed and one was only 11. She got upset and yelled at me when I did not buy shampoo. The bookkeeper was going to charge me for two adults and I asked for the manager. The manager wanted to know if my 11 year old was with me.
