What a wonderful studio. Went here as a total amateur for a friend's birthday. The space is inviting, comfortable, and very clean. The instructions were clear and our instructor helped us with some modifications for our skill levels and bodies. There were a couple more experienced dancers in the class with us who could not have been more welcoming and supportive. Overall just a really positive environment. It is also an unbelievable workout.

I can't say enough good things about Studio 4 and the crew there. I'm new to pole and tried it for fitness and as an exercise in body confidence and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. All the instructors are so supportive and body positive, I see women in class of all different ages, shapes, sizes, creeds and abilities and I feel the instructors make everyone feel safe and welcome. I honestly didn't think pole would be for me, but I love it so much and I feel stronger and more beautiful at 45 than I think I ever ... read more
