If you have an injury, please book in to see Kirra - Exercise Physiologist. She is extremely knowledge, understanding, thoughtful and takes the time to listen and apply the best rehab exercises to suit your injury. She is passionate and thorough whilst ensuring your form is on point to complete the exercise effectively. The receptionist, Jaimee is also very friendly and approachable. Would recommend this Studio to anyone!!!

Highly recommended Zoe's classes. Zoe's classes are personally tailored to you and not something rolled out to the masses. She caters to injuries and it's always different never boring. Her caring nature and vast knowledge make her the Studio's biggest asset.
Have been going to Zoe at Studio 4 for years. My strength and flexibility have improved dramatically. I can do so many things that I wasn't able to previously. As a 'lady of a certain age' this has been really important to me. Thanks Zoe
