I love this Studio, the classes and instructors are amazing and I have lost so much weight and feel healthy! Love it!

I was never a gym person until I started coming here! Everyone is so friendly and caring, and the instructors (particularly Kelly and Farredeh!) are so encouraging and motivating. It’s not a chore when you come here. As someone who never excelled in anything “fitness,” they make it inclusive for everyone, giving options for people of every skill level, which is a HUGE confidence boost. It’s a little pricey, but it’s so worth it. 💜
