10/10 experience. they went above and beyond to explain everything in great detail. even though it was a simple ear piercing i felt extremely confident as they went step by step and everything was sterile. definitely will be going back for my next piercings!!!

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed to change the jewelry for two piercings. The store had the best selection. They had the exactly what I was looking for.

I took my 14 year old daughter to get her nose pierced. She wanted it so bad but was also very nervous as she hates needles. The woman doing the piercing (her name was Harley) was EXTREMELY good. She explained the entire procedure before she started, then she talked her through every step as she was doing it. My daughter has a very bad reaction to needles of every kind. I went into body mods over the Labour Day weekend. I have healed piercings that I needed switched out as the posts are now too long. The reason I needed help with this is because I have dexterity issues due to my disability. I had full intentions of buying 2 sets of earrings as I have my Lobs double pierced. I was turned away from service because “they were having a Labour Day sale and weren’t doing jewelry changes. All of which would have taken at max 10 mins and they still would have made a sale on jewellery.
