AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at Body Mods. I’ve had my nose pierced since I was 14 and have never had an issue — until I came here. I had a new stud put in, and within an hour of leaving the shop, it completely fell out. I followed aftercare instructions and did nothing to dislodge it. Was pierced by Nikki for flash weekend. she was quick, personable and informative. The piercing wasn't as painful as I thought and she made the process simple! There was another staff member in the room (I wish I caught her name) who let me hold her hand as I was super nervous (for no good reason) and she was so sweet about it! All around amazing experience for piercing #14. I will be back again forsure

Gray is such an amazing piercer, fast and comforting. I felt very reassured the entire time and honestly felt nothing during the piercing part. I definitely recommend them as a piercer! :)

I had a mixed experience at this store. One of the staff members was very kind and helpful when I was choosing earrings, and she took the time to assist me while I was waiting for the manager. However, when the manager finally came to help, my experience completely changed. She was rude, made faces at me, and was very dismissive, especially since English isn’t my first language.
