I have been an active client since 2017. Having developed a fitness injury, I was interested in seeking a Rolfing specialist. Since that time, my regular visits are specialize to target muscle stiffness, overuse, posture and tension relief. Brian Kirsch demonstrates his Rolfing expertise; continuous training; improving posture, balance and walking; and presents a friendly, listening, professional approach to client healing experience. At the session end, I feel exhilarated, energized, balanced and grounded.
Thanks to Studio 4 Bodywork, I have excellent posture, and any structural issue I've ever encountered has been resolved successfully. It's definitely the best money I spend-- ever!
Brian Kirsch has been incredible in treating my issues relating to pain and posture. There was so much I didn’t know about how much fascia impacts our every movement. I’ve suffered from short leg syndrome my entire life and this treatment has been life changing. It’s even had a positive effect on my breathing.
I have been dealing with back pain from posture issues, as well as severe plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. I have been working with Brian weekly, which has allowed me to have relief from this discomfort! I went from barely being able to stand to taking a 2 mile walk this past weekend!
