I came here in November for a wash a blow dry. I use to come here a lot a few years ago because the way the staff would style my hair was effortless. It was my birthday and I wanted to get a Brazilian blow out. The woman although very kind, did not do a good job. Extremely rude staff. My hair is very short and a woman (a Russian lady with pink hair in the back) asked how I would like it cut. She was very frustrated and short from the beginning and overall seemed annoyed. Was trying to explain how I got a bad haircut in the past and wanted a new haircut but to keep the length. She got extremely frustrated and started basically yelling at me that she could not do anything. Was just trying to have a conversation and get her advice. I was scared to go to a new salon after 6 years going to the same one but I am so happy with how my hair came out! Desha was amazing, I told her I was a new customer and she asked how I wanted my hair cut, she then combed through it and saw exactly what I needed. She only cut what I asked for and she gave me the exact front angles and layers I wanted. She listened and really cared to what I wanted. I will definitely be going back!
