I got my hair done by Atriz and she did a phenomenal job at giving me exactly what I asked for! I came in for a set of highlights along with a short trim in the front pieces of my hair. She was attentive with what I asked and continued to confirm with my necessities. She was also kind and welcoming, giving me a sense of security that my hair was in good hands. The staff and environment itself was welcoming. Beyond thankful to have found this place!
I would give my experience five stars hadn’t it been the rudeness and inarticulate manner of the receptionist. She is extremely unprofessional and coming to see my favorite stylist, I was talked at and instead of talked to by the receptionist, and to be quite frank, it makes me not want to engage n services through the receptionist.
Fried my hair and basically gave me the opposite of what i asked for.
Completely the opposite of the color I wanted. -$300 later….
