This is a great class. The most important thing is that is consistent. Even during covid the instructor still managed to continue classes via zoom. You get a good cardio workout and it is a great group of people who attend. I can honestly say we are all friends and whoever joins us will be so included.
Thanks to Alyce and Studio 321 Fitness and Dance!!! This is by far the BEST Zumba and fitness studio I have ever attended. Awesome choreo and varied playlists for each season. Reasonable prices and flexible packages. Great group of friendly people. Highly recommend. Come and join in on the holiday fun!

Yup still going,and enjoying my ME time, Extremely Qualified Friendly Owner/ instructor, many classes to choose from. Zumba, Pound, la Blast, Silver Sneakers Yoga, Belly Dance, Tai Chi and so much more!
Love the classes! Very welcoming atmosphere. Fabulous instructors that make it so much fun for everyone no matter level of experience. Very reasonable price especially if you go regularly. 5 stars across the board!
