I had stopped going here for awhile and when I went in last week I was completely reminded as to why I don't come here that often. Toya is rude and she talked to me like I was her child or something. She really has terrible customer service skills. She just had to be the stereotypical ghetto loud black woman. It's a darn shame too b/c she did a decent job. I don't even know where to start. This experience was bad all the way around. I went in needing to get my hair done for prom. I wanted a basic silk wrap. The stylist told me that it would be 75$. So she does my hair but she didn't even do what I originally asked for. She washed then flat ironed and curled my hair at the ends. She also trimmed my ends. After the service she charged me 110$!
