Studio 3 has been a great addition to my workout routine, specifically the MegaFormer class. LOVING IT aka love /hate relationship ;) the burn is real! Thankful they offer lunchtime workout class too! Thanks Studio3!
I have been blown away by Studio3stl. I have started with personalized training, and am loving learning how to work out using the megaformer, which is an amazing and unique workout. They trainers push me to get the most out of my workouts, and are helping me with everything from setting goals, to a meal prep strategy. I highly recommend checking Studio3stl out, as well as Core 3 Fitness which is next door!
My favorite workout! The instructors are so kind and welcoming to ensure it isn't intimidating. Fast, noticable results!
Love their workouts! Instructors are challenging and encouraging. Very tough work outs but they are very helpful for first time clients and those new to the megaformer
