I was referred to JoAnna from a friend. She was very pleasant. I had requested full highlights for $135. She did a great job. She did however add a toner which I thought was no big deal. When I went to pay the toner was an extra $60. My bill was $195 plus tip. I didn’t get a haircut or blow dry. $195 plus tip for color and walking out with a wet head! When did toner become $60? I will not be back because I can’t afford the price of this salon!
Visited the place a few times and Jackie was amazing. Called today to ask for her only to find out she no longer works there. She is the best I have found in Naples. Highly dissappointed and will letting the people I referred she isnt there anymore. I dont really leave reviews but felt so disappointed.

For the price I paid, this has to be the worst salon I have visited to date. I gave, who I believe is the salon owner, my formula from my previous salon since I moved here from New Orleans, and she totally ignored it. It was so many different colors. The person was not overly rude but wasn’t nice either. She did keep telling me how many years of experience she had, but I’m not sure in what area.
