For the price I paid, this has to be the worst salon I have visited to date. I gave, who I believe is the salon owner, my formula from my previous salon since I moved here from New Orleans, and she totally ignored it. It was so many different colors. The person was not overly rude but wasn’t nice either. She did keep telling me how many years of experience she had, but I’m not sure in what area. I have been going here for a few months and have been very happy with the services. I had Veronica do a perm for me a couple of months ago, which turned out good and still looks good today. I was disappointed to hear that Veronica had left when I called to schedule for my monthly color and cut. They told me that Joanna would be able to take care of me so I agreed to try it. Very bad service she burned my hair while doing a perm and my hair is falling apart and it wasn’t worth it my hair wasn’t even curly and now I need to see how I can fix it this is my honest OPINION and I don’t really recommend this salon
Joanna was very friendly...I went for a hair cut from long to short hair, not only did she listened but did exactly as I asked and quick. Love Thanks 😊
