Great experience from when you walk until you leave. Kirsten was my piercer and her knowledge and gentle hand make piercing top notch. She answers all questions with no hesitation and I trust her with my piercings. Good and clean studio.

They were amazingly professional on the phone and even more so in person. I got my ear pierced and they were very clean (especially with everything going on right now) and were very thorough with explaining the process and after care. Will definitely be going back!

Thank you Olivia. I still can't believe that I got my first 2 tattoos. I especially love my little mermaid, I keep looking at her she's so cute. You made me feel so comfortable. Everyone at the Studio is really nice. The atmosphere is clean and professional. I'm so happy that I chose Studio 28. I sent my son the picture, I think he's in love with my little mermaid too!

Decided to get a piercing while in NYC. I met Kirsten and noticed a sign that said she is a "Trauma Informed Piercer"....so I asked "What does that mean?" She explained that she provides a safe space for her clients to talk during their session. Interesting! I told her that I'm a Social Worker trained in Trauma Informed Care! Two completely different professions! One Goal! One Mission! I Love It!!

We did our tattoos ( my second and the first for my wife ) during our vacation in New York. TJ answered all questions per mail. And for every problem, he just found a solution! Bo did the tattoos perfect. My wife said she felt not much pain. Everyone was so nice and friendly! I really can recommend this studio 😊
