Went to establishment. Everything looked nice until i got to lash station. The bed had dirt on it from previous clients. I paid $150 plus tip to have almost a full eye of lashes fall out within 6 hours. Two days later i had almost nothing left. Janell the lasher never apologized nor did she try to compensate. Horrible work and horrible customer service. Id rather travel 2 hours to have them done then go there again. Disgusted.
I got my lashes done (date not mentioned)on that day right after was good, but when I got home that same day lashes fall off like 2 lashes thought that was ok but there's nother lashes fall off until on the next days more than one lost. I called and asked for back job or to fix it, but she told me it's normal, but I wasn't agree because I've been had lashes done in the other state, but never like that and even on the second days.
