Kelly was great. Not only does she feel warming when booking the appointment she is welcoming when you arrive. Switching waxers is a very personal thing and I was for sure nervous but she never made me feel uncomfortable. I had only been to one waxer my whole time so switching made me nervous. This is the first time I try another service with Kelly. It did not disappoint! She was very thorough- first asking what the end result was and explaining the process along the way. Kelly was very professional and accommodating. She immediately got started as I arrived . She was attentive and I could tell she is passionate about what she does . She did an awesome job .i had explained to her that I’m very skeptical about my eyebrows and she did her best in getting me right .
