Made an appointment for 4 today, less than 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I was 5 mins out, I received a notification saying that my appointment was cancelled. Didn’t get a message or a call as to why it was cancelled and I tried calling to sort it out and nothing on their end which is unprofessional. So disappointing considering the fact that this place was recommended to me.
Do not book an appointment online ladies! I don’t usually write bad reviews no matter the experience however I can’t let this slide. I booked an appointment for 7:00pm after booking there was a message that said appoint must be confirmed less than an hour later I gets a confirmed booking email appointment confirmed. I get to Studio 239 a little before 7pm. I walked in no greeting by neither one of the nail techs at all which was cool cause they were servicing other customers. Convenient location, and one stop shop for all services! I went to Sam’s Studio for the MUA slay. I love her energy such a genuine soul! Appointments only, highly encouraged to book! Thanks ❤️‼️
