Awesome workout! The instructors are very encouraging and enthusiastic!
Great workout! The instructors are really nice and helpful with the bike adjustments. Terry, Martin, Ray, Linda and Jana. The only thing I'd say to improve is to offer seat cushions for some who need a little extra padding...very hard seats.
