Absolutely love my septum that I got here! I got pierced by Madison and they talked be through the whole process and aftercare for the piercing. Madison also made sure to pierce through the sweet spot which is essential for this facial piercing. Went to the location within Surrey Central mall and I definitely recommend!

Brought both girls (11 and 8) to have their ears pierced for the first time. Amanda explained the procedure step by step and gave the girls a heads up before she did something. My eldest said she felt comfortable the entire time and would want Amanda to do her piercings if she decides to get more in the future. My youngest took a bit longer but Amanda was patient and reassured her. From the front desk to Amanda to checking out, everyone was professional and overall a good experience.
