I got my nails done here with a friend, and I’m very disappointed. Just three days later, my nails started lifting and breaking one by one. They cracked so badly that I lost both the length and shape — now they’re broken down to the skin. I didn’t return for a fix because my friend did, and her nails kept breaking even after the redo. Clearly, the issue is with the technique or materials. It’s been two weeks and my nails still look terrible. I had to go to a different salon to fix the damage. Very upsetting experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a nail salon-themed prank. After a few chances (because I’m a forgiving queen), today was the last straw. I got my nails done here a couple of weeks ago — they started peeling faster than a sunburn. So I booked a fix. Came back. Fixed 3. Then more started peeling off like it was a team effort. I’ve gone to studio 16 twice now and each time was more than a pleasant experience. This time around I was offered to select my own choice of video on YouTube and the two lovely ladies who did my nails were very accommodating and considerate regarding what I had asked for and did everything perfectly. The inside is also a whole different level. The decoration is amazing and it’s always so clean and upkept inside as well as the temperature always being perfect. I have come to this salon 3 times now, and I honestly haven't even thought about going to another one. This salon always has the best service, and the kindest stylists. I love the aesthetic of the whole salon, the ambience is so calming and relaxed, the stylists are welcoming and wonderful. I have never had a problem with the salon or the people who work there. They are incredibly sanitary. I came with a reference photo of the nails I wanted and the nail tech NEVER fails to give me exactly the look I'm going for.
