I had a wonderful experience with Courtney. She was very friendly and outgoing. I had an idea of what I wanted from my hair cut, but also wasn't exactly sure how to describe it. I wear a hijab and wanted to book an appointment for me and my sister in law. I asked politely if it would be possible to have my haircut and not be exposed to any men/ have my haircut somewhere private in the salon. She replied “you have to keep your mask on”(we were planning on wearing them and didn’t ask to have them removed btw)... And then proceeded to ask us “have you ever gotten a haircut before?”.
