Yoga and cold cuts? How are you going to beat that? Punk Rock Yoga is one of the highlights of my month.
I have been to 3 classes at Studio 138 . Love the vibe of the studio and the instructors Geena and Ness. I will be coming back trying other classes! Parking is off street!! I encourage everyone to support Studio 138!! Annette
I attended a Flow yoga class on Monday at 7 pm with Kaly and it was wonderful. Kaly was knowledgeable, intentional, and so helpful with suggestions or hands on adjustments to help get the most out of every pose! I left feeling more present and connected to my body than I have in weeks. Highly recommend!!
Loved the session and studio!
Took Hanna’s Pilatesque class and it was fabulous! Hanna creates such a welcoming and inviting space for all bodies. Definitely recommend.
