I cannot and will not be having Kim do my nails anymore. My hands are swollen and burning. She cut my cuticles off today in addition to the work I had already done the day before by a much more caring tech, Bailey, who has never cut my skin and made me bleed. Kim kept cutting me again and she just said “it’s gonna happen” while my nail beds are bleeding. its a nice place but my acrylic nails came out kind of bulky and they all fell off within 3 days.. :(

I went to start working on my nail health and still feel like I have pretty nails in the process. I had Kim and she was amazing. Super friendly and did an excellent job educating me on the best options for me. Already scheduled my next nail appt!
