I have been going to this salon for many years and have most always been happy with the results, especially with the hair color. The staff is friendly, the environment is pleasant and the owners are very kind and accommodating. I'm changing salons after 10 years of their service as a result of 2 very bad haircuts out of my last 3. It took over a year to grow out the first horrible haircut and I'm still growing out the last one. During my first time at the salon I had Val do my color. The consult lasted about 10 seconds but she seemed to understand that I was looking to get a dark auburn color. Apparently she didn't understand because my hair is dark purple instead of auburn! To top it all off, she left me with hair color all over my face and neck. I will never give this salon my business again and I will make sure that no one I know goes there either!
