I visited for the first time ever today. Did not realize we had this little hidden gem in Red Deer! The space is gorgeous (so clean, well done!) and my lash extensions were flawlessly done by Kari. Usually my lash techs just take what I say I want (and really who am I kidding like I know) and just do it, despite the fact it hasn’t been working for my face shape. I was a model for Cassie for classic lash extensions and she was excellent. She offered me snacks and water throughout my service and was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. It did take a little longer than I anticipated but she is still learning so I didn’t mind. The studio is very clean and bright.
I had the pleasure of getting eyelash extensions from Kari today. I arrived with clumpy, patchy eyelashes from a botched job by another company. The amount of glue was excessive and she spent over an hour removing it with patience and care. She was able to save the rest of my natural eyelashes from falling out and conceiled the bald patches like magic! My eyelashes look stunning and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend going to Studio 11 and can't wait to get my mom in there next to experience their amazing service.
I've never left Studio 11 without feeling like a queen. I've been getting lash extensions done,since they pretty much existed and by far the best lashes. 1000% recommend!
