The bounce (trampoline) class was the most fun I’ve ever had working out. I burned more calories than I have in any other workout, but it barely felt like I was exercising because I was having so much fun! The instructors here are incredible, and the store has THE best workout clothes, that you can’t find anywhere else in Lexington.
The bounce with benefits is such a fun class - Nikki keeps the energy high! Also really enjoying the heated yoga classes. Love the wide variety of classes available!
