Emma was excellent as always
My experience on this occasion was excellent but then I saw the Practice Nurse Emma who is exceptional... can't say I feel the same about my GP who I haven't seen for years despite having taken myself to Hospital 18 months ago having banged my head causing a minor bleed on the brain. Even then it took the Practice Pharmacist's initiative to follow it up 6 months later thinking I was on prescription medication that fortunately hadn't taken. There is something very wrong at Studholme that appears to leave patients unsupported ... read more
Emma, as always calm, patient and professional
I always find Nurse Emma very helpfu when I attend for my quarterly implant injections and she always has the time to discuss my ongoing treatments etc. I use an online pharmacy for my monthly prescriptions and have never had any problems with the surgery issuing my prescription requests. Special Thank you to Pharmacist Jayne who has taken time to help me recently I can totally understand that the Surgery is very busy but I have always managed to get a GP appointment if needed.
