Jacob Studer is aggressive, incompetent, almost never punctual, and poor at follow up. I watched him and a junior attorney fumble some fairly basic aspects of a case, which ended up unsuccessful in their attempts, while the other party was self-represented in court. Additionally, his conduct in that case was worthy of recourse for unprofessionalism according to the respective Bar Association.
