I’ve been here twice with my little guy. They’ve seen us immediately both times. The doctors are very thorough and the staff is so kind. We were there recently bc he was struggling to breathe. I cannot understate how kind everyone was, from the front desk to the respiratory therapist, to the nurse, to the doctor, to the xray tech. Dr. Bautista is everything you hope for in an emergency room physician but rarely find. From the moment he walked into the exam room, his warmth was palpable—not the forced cheerfulness some medical professionals put on, but genuine compassion that immediately put my mother at ease during what was a very stressful moment. Honestly one of the best er experiences I have ever had. I was in and out with my infant daughter in about 30-45 mins. The doctor and nurse really helped ease my anxiety in her being sick. Will definitely come back here in any of our future er needs.
