I have had to use this emergency room twice for my kids. All of the staff here are amazing and the doctors are always super thorough. Will always recommend this place. 10/10 service and treatment! Thank you Dr. Robert Scileppi!

After a sand flea rake incident had to visit this place. Check in was fast and friendly. All nurses and doctor were absolutely amazing and very professional couldn’t ask for better treatment. This was on Memorial Day as well so definitely 5 star for everyone that was working here on this day.

I’ve been here twice with my little guy. They’ve seen us immediately both times. The doctors are very thorough and the staff is so kind. We were there recently bc he was struggling to breathe. I cannot understate how kind everyone was, from the front desk to the respiratory therapist, to the nurse, to the doctor, to the xray tech. Dr. Bautista is everything you hope for in an emergency room physician but rarely find. From the moment he walked into the exam room, his warmth was palpable—not the forced cheerfulness some medical professionals put on, but genuine compassion that immediately put my mother at ease during what was a very stressful moment.
