FRAUD ALERT. They allowed someone to book a trip with my credit card, which seems like pretty lax security if it's not in the same name. Tried to call them but the only option leads to a voicemail. Not surprised by all these 1 star reviews.
I booked a hotel in a wrong city and got on the phone internationally and they were able to fully refund me after contacting the hotel. Helpful the agent name was Taj Wayne

Clearly a cheating company: 1st refusing a flight refund, then charging the credit card with a refund fee w/o confirmation by the client!!!
