I love using Student Treasures. During office hours I can always reach someone. The books are great quality. The books get back to the teachers in a timely fashion. Excellent to work with.
Dealing with Student Treasure has been a nightmare. I politely called 5 minutes after placing the wrong order and I was told that I couldn’t get a refund snd that I needed to wait 14 days. I have been waiting since 04-28-21 snd still NO refund. Now you’re saying that a refund was done on 05-02-21, and there is no refund. You said your accounting people Email me and there is NO Email. This is horrible and it is not right. I regret making a purchase from you guys. I notified my school as well.
Studentreasures is a GREAT way to show your students the writing process. We have made several books and my sixth graders LOVE to see their books return back published. I also received a $50.00 Amazon gift from them. I LOVE this company!
Excellent program for young writers and publishers. The program is user friendly and well organized. The finished project is professional. The children are thrilled to see their work published!
