Horrible service by front desk lady, decided to go to a minute clinic in order to get away from her attitude.
I get my medical and dental care here and I can't say enough good things. I've seen Mary in dental the most. She is delightful, caring and has taught me so much about proper oral hygiene techniques and tools. I've also seen adult nurse practitioner Callie who was dutiful in investigating unusual symptoms and seeking solutions. The support staff for appointments, etc. have been helpful.
My rating is historical. I retired from Mines 9 years ago. I administered the health clinic, the counseling center, the dental clinic, student disability services, and the student health insurance program. By in my day, the health center was rated as "excellent' in care, and recognized nationally as a model for student healthcare. I am not surprised by the reviews here. In my first day at work I encounter a bicycle accident. It was a non emergency situation but I was in real pain with scratches in my fingers with raptured skin, and scratches in my knee and elbow. The lady at office refused to offer any first aid, rather I was told to go and set an appointment, because it was lunch break.
