Severely understaffed for such a large student population, which causes a lot of issues, but ultimately populated by people doing their best and that can’t be ignored.
They barely receives calls . It’s very frustrating when they ignore phone calls what if that’s a patient’s emergency, and they need to talk to a doctor or book an appointment ? This is ridiculous. While they are open, they waste time talking with their co -workers and claim that they are busy with another client
Make your mind before going you have to at least a month to get appointment, worst health system
Super rude lady.... Said "I can't hear you" and dropped the call immediately after I waited a while for someone to pick up. You can do better woman!
