I was shocked to be hit with a $30 missed appointment fee for January 13. I never received a single text, email reminder, or, most importantly, a booking confirmation. I had absolutely no record or awareness that this appointment even existed on my end. Walk in clinic has far too limited availability. If you plan going to a walk-in make sure to get there 1 hour early or more.

I was charged $30 for a missed appointment that was scheduled for January 13, and I’m not satisfied with how this was handled. I was told that reminders were sent through the Pomelo system, but I did not receive any email at all. If reminders are part of the process, they need to actually reach the client. Otherwise, it feels unfair to charge a fee based on something that did not happen on my end.
