Does anybody answer the phone or return phone calls at the office? i’ve left numerous messages to try and get my child on the bus. I tried using the online thing it wouldn’t work.
I have been trying to reach ANYONE at Student Transportation Services for almost a month. I have left messages once a week for the last 3 weeks and have not received a call back. I have had 3 children use their services over the years and have been generally unhappy but left with little recourse as they are very hard to communicate with.
