Took months to deliver my stuff, offering different dates each time saying it would arrive then it never would. Being told to call back multiple times, every time I did they still had no clue what was happening. When I finally got my stuff, some of it was missing and with further contact they said that they either missed them when packing or threw it out. I am trying to have my daughter’s belongings delivered sin july 2021 and they do not answer! Today I called and they answered by text saying they would contact me back soon but they didn’t. What should I do? Warning: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. My experience with them have been absolutely horrendous, I have paid full storage and shipping amount in advance (as requested), but I have been chasing after my belongings for more seven months with no responsiveness from their side, they also do not answer to calls. Absolutely disgusting company!! My son got his storage back after paying £270, his TV was smashed and all his plates, bowls etc also broken. Do not use this company. Its a waste of money. Poor uni students that have to then spend more money to replace the broken items
