Zero complaints. House came in great condition, virtually any possible issue with it I was made aware of before hand. Lived there for two years and Mr. Dean still made efforts to renovate and improve while I was living there. Any issues that arose during the stay were promptly acknowledged.
Casey and his maintenance crew were the best for the two years I lived at his property. They were extremely responsive and made us felt safe in our house. The house was beautiful renovated and they take care of their homes! Could not recommend living in one of their properties more.
Best people in Binghamton for renting. They were quick to respond with whatever we needed and helpful throughout the entire year. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for off campus housing
